This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha Peak Technologies LLC, operating as APEX Training Group ("APEX," "we," "us"), collects and uses the information you provide through runapx.com — primarily the application form at runapx.com/apply. By submitting an application, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to submit through the application. That may include:

• Athlete details — name, graduation year, grade, competition category, school, city, state, email, and phone.
• Parent or guardian details — name, relationship, email, and phone.
• Academic information — GPA, standardized test scores, and intended field of study.
• Athletic and health information — events, personal marks, links to published results or footage, training volume and history, other sports, and any injury history or current-health notes you share.
• Your responses — goals, motivation, commitment and fit answers, and references such as a coach's name and contact.
• Submission details — your consent confirmation and basic technical information (such as a timestamp) used to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and the web fonts we use are served by Google, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.

How we use it

• To review and evaluate your application.
• To verify the marks and information you provide.
• To contact you about your application and, if there is a fit, next steps.
• To keep a record of applicants and correspondence.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the site and review applications:

• Resend — delivers the application to us by email.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and its infrastructure.

These providers process the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Minors

Applications concern athletes who are often under 18. An application must be submitted by, or with the knowledge and consent of, a parent or legal guardian, and guardian contact information is required for any athlete under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information without a guardian's consent, contact us and we will remove it.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate it, to maintain our roster and records, and to respond to you. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
